Experimental studies on intraparenchymal vascular systems by plastic corrosive models


Abstract
Intraparenchyrnai vascular distribution was observed generally by using histological method, dye injection technique, microdissection technique, microangiographic technique, and plastic corrosive preparates. Among these various techniques, plastic corrosive preparates are most useful method and can observe fine vascular distribution in parenchymal organs.
Author prepared the molding models by using various liquid latex for the observation of intrapa renchymal fine vascular distribution and obtained the results as follows:
1. Geon D 11 A MEK solution is most suitable for the making a plastic corrosive models.
2. Geon D 11 A MEK solution is most stable in the strong acid and alkali solutions.
3. For the investigation of intraparenchymal capillary pattern, Geon D 11 A MEK solution is not efficient, for the preparates made by low concentrated solutions, the original forms of organ is not maintained.
